Greektown on the Danforth

Take a stroll through the heart of Toronto’s Greektown and discover the community spirit that built it. This tour explores the postwar roots of Toronto’s Greek community, from places of worship to family-run restaurants, and celebrates how traditions like Flaming Opa Cheese and festivals helped make the Danforth a lively cultural destination.

This tour was developed and will be led by the Hellenic Heritage Foundation.
