Join us for a hands-on evening of digital comic creation led by illustrator . This workshop offers beginner learners (ages 18 and below) an opportunity to practice sketching and how to light a scene using Clip Studio Paint Pro (license provided).
Andy Akangah is the artist behind AKARTS, known for blending hip-hop and comic book culture in pieces featured by Complex Canada, CTV, CBC, and NBA Canada. He’s taught at the University of Ottawa, Fleming College, and the Ottawa Art Gallery, with clients like Giant Tiger and Kids Help Phone.
