Adaptive Zumba®

In this class that bridges the gap between our group fitness classes and adaptive programs, travel the world through it's wide variety of different dances and cultures and learn group fitness class etiquette. We’ll learn dances to popular songs from the radio and movies in addition to songs from around the world, breaking down the steps specific to dances from different countries. Friends, family, and aides for our adaptive community as well as patrons of our Fitness Pass classes are all invited and ENCOURAGED to participate. Zumba® is for everybody and every BODY! Bring a water bottle and wear tennis shoes or sneakers.
