Behind the Story (One Book Many Neighbors)

Behind every memorable story is a voice who brings it to life. Jonathan Shorman, Lead Political Reporter with The Kansas City Star, will give us a peek inside the world of journalism. What are the steps for developing a story and what does it take to get to the final copy we read? From tracking down interviews, chasing leads, and bringing the story to life, come find out what is at the heart of reporting.
