Madam Guo Lin’s Qigong Walking

Known as the Anti Cancer walk, Madam Guo Lin created this style of walking to cure herself of terminal cancer during the Cultural Revolution period. After being jailed multiple times for sharing her techniques with the public; it is still used to help people!
