Kidding Around Yoga - With Donna Baia!

For ages 5-12 with adult participation.

Join Miss Donna from Kidding Around Yoga for some fun-filled family yoga classes at the Kenmore Library this spring! In these playful classes we will practice yoga poses, mindfulness activities, and enjoy a very special guided relaxation time to leave everyone feeling relaxed and peaceful! KAY classes incorporate games, music and stories.

Space is limited and registration is required. Call or stop by the library to sign up!

No prior yoga experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for each person attending.
