Mental and Spiritual Health Meet Up

Serious Talk. Is house in shambles? Are you stuck? I’m sick of hiding and living in guilt and shame. I’m struggling with my mental health!! I can’t be the only one. If you see yourself in this situation, don’t be ashamed. There is a reason!!! We all have different hardships. Let’s come together to help each other heal. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to help those that are hurting. It’s hard to live in pain. Let’s help each other. No judgment here.
Certified mental health/spiritual health professionals will be on hand. You are not a bad person! Let us prove it to YOU!!! I want people to know it’s ok to talk about mental health!!!
