Sunday Yoga

Flow is an all level yoga class (and yes, if you need a chair we can use that too) designed to build strength, mobility, and ease in your body. Flow gives you the time and space to revisit similar movements, refine your technique, and witness your own progress. Thoughtfully crafted for balance and variety, every sequence is rooted in movement for daily life, mindful transitions, and playful exploration.
