Step into stillness and restore your senses with Grounded at Earth — a curated morning ritual blending yoga, sound healing, and a house-crafted matcha beverage. Hosted by Danielle Nolff and held within the beautifully designed TolHouse, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and connect — with yourself and your surroundings.
We’ll gather in The Commission Boardroom, a private and spacious setting ideal for grounding movement and immersive sound. After practice, you’re invited to transition into Earth, TolHouse’s serene café space brimming with over 100 thriving plants, soft light, and cozy corners perfect for reflection.
Whether you sip, journal, chat with a new friend, or simply sit and enjoy the lush green ambiance — this space was made for rest and ritual.
What to Expect:
✨ 45 minutes of intentional yoga (all levels welcome)
✨ 15-minute sound bath savasana using crystal bowls and voice
✨ A fresh house-made beverage from Earth
✨ Time to linger, reflect, and recharge in one of Toledo’s most beautiful café spaces
Please Bring:
• A yoga mat
• Optional props: blanket, bolster, or blocks
• A journal if you like to reflect post-practice
