ここは、レッスンの枠にとらわれず、音楽に身を任せて、あなたらしいKizombaの楽しさを追求できる「実験室」です。
Kiz Lab.の最大の魅力は、レッスンがないから早い時間から自由に踊り始められること！「ちょっと踊ってから次の予定へ」や「たっぷり踊って週末をスタート」など、あなたのライフスタイルに合わせてKizombaを満喫できます。

Get ready for a new kind of Kizomba experience! Kiz Lab. is starting every first Friday of the month!
This is a "laboratory" where you can enjoy Kizomba your way, without strict lessons. Just let the music move you!
The best thing about Kiz Lab. is that there are no lessons, so you can start dancing freely from earlier! Whether you want to "dance a little then go to your next plan" or "dance a lot and start your weekend," you can enjoy Kizomba how you like it.
Kiz Lab. is for Everyone!
At Kiz Lab., you can do whatever you want!
* Enjoy free-style! There are no fixed lessons. You can practice freely or meet other Kizomba lovers.
* Bring your own food and drinks! Relax and enjoy Kizomba with your favorite snacks and drinks.
* Great for focused practice! If you want to practice seriously with someone, you're welcome! You can focus on basic steps with a partner, try new moves, and go deep into Kizomba.
* Practice solo too! Use the big space and mirrors to practice your styling or check your moves. Work on your own Kizomba style!
* Free dance and have fun! Feel free to invite others to dance. Meet new people and try new things!
* Share your favorite Kizomba music! Want to play your favorite Kizomba songs on the floor? Or try being a DJ? If you're interested, please let us know beforehand.
New to Kizomba? No Problem!
If you're new to Kizomba and think, "I don't know how to enjoy this," or "I just need a little guidance," don't worry! Yuki, our staff, will help you practice and teach you basic steps and moves. Just ask!
