Souls Rest, Yoga Nidra at Anam Cara โจ
Join us for a deeply restorative experience through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep โ a guided meditation designed to bring you into a profound state of rest while maintaining gently awareness.
This is not a movement-based yoga class โ simply come ready to lie down, let go, and receive.

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Through guided awareness and breath, it calms the nervous system, promotes deep healing, and supports emotional clarity.
