Proceeds for this tournament go to the Brownie Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Please be aware that the there is only one field and depending on the number of teams games could start as early as 8AM EST and Championship could start as late as 10PM EST
Cost will be $25.00 per person
You will be able to purchase 3 HR Bracelets and 1 Freedom runner per team for $10.00 each. Bands are to be announced prior to the start of the game to the umpire and other team.
We will supply balls. Girls will hit ASA 11" balls and guys will hit ASA 12" Balls. All players can use any bat (No Senior). Pitch height is 6-10ft and ball has to hit the mat and between the white lines.
If a HR bracelet is walked the bracelet passes to the next male batter only and the batter gets 2nd. 3 HR's outside of the Bracelets. No one up after the 3 HR’s it is an out. Girls do not count towards the total.
You have 1 courtesy runner per gender per inning. You cannot use your courtesy runner to replace your freedom so don't get caught on base it will be an automatic out.
Depending on the number of girls that sign up all girls may have to play the field and a minimum of 1 girl has to be in the outfield at all times.
Winning team will supply the umpire for the next game.
No fighting or arguing with the umpires will be tolerated.
Please do not park in the Legion Parking Lot. There is parking on the street and in the lot by the field.
Please be at the field 30 minutes prior to your 1st game and come to the tent on the 3rd base side and check in and pay if you have not already.
After each game please make sure that you are cleaning out the dugout and also please pick up after yourself around the park.
We will draw teams the Wednesday before the tournament.
We will have a bat raffle and also tournament jerseys to purchase as soon as I have the mockup we will post on the event and provide the link to purchase.
For payment of the tournament, raffles, HR Bands and Freedom runner bands if you want to bring cash that is fine or you can send via one of the below.
