Wellness Experience at Hell's Hollow Wilderness Area

I invite you to join me in a Wellness Experience at the Hell's Hollow Wilderness Area.

I will guide you through standing gentle yoga, a mindful guided hike, breathwork, meditation, & more all in mother's earth's studio~the great outdoors! We will honor the summer season by taking a sacred pause, raise our voltage with the healing elements, and learn from the sacred wisdom of summer. You will gain an abundance of tools and knowledge to carry you through end of season!

The trail we will explore is about 1 mile, and rated easy. No mat or experience necessary!

After our meet up explore more trails, or explore by the river. 💦🪵🔥🌍
