About the event

Summer Foraging Class
Join us for a class on summer foraging in Watertown, CT!

Class will consist of a 45-minute lecture where you will learn how to identify wild plants and mushrooms that can be harvested in the summer. Vinny will also discuss how to use wild ingredients to create your own homemade skincare products. We will then go on a 45-minute foraging walk where we will practice plant and mushroom ID.

This class will be co-taught by forager and chef Vinny Crotta and founder of CT Foraging Club Amy Demers.
