😃 Beginner to intermediate poses
Challenge yourself with holding new poses for 10 or more seconds.
Let's meet EARLY SATURDAY MORNING for a paddle workout to South Shore Park, swim time and then yoga poses and stretches.
GETTING READY FOR THE PADDLE:
🛟 Lifejacket is required (you don't have to wear it but one needs to be on your board)
💦 HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE
💊 Electrolytes ( I love LMNT)
🛶 SUN protection (Hat, sunscreen)
🎒 DRY BAG (phone, keys, etc)
🥞 Bring snacks (fruit, bars)
👟 The water near South shore is standable - it's nice to wear some kind of foot protection
🛟Floatable items - sunglasses straps that float
🧘♀️Launch & Warm-Up 7:00 am
Meet me near the boat ramp at Northshore Park.
This facility has parking and bathrooms.
Air up your board and get ready for our fun adventure!
🛶 Paddle Workout 7:30 am
We will paddle to South Shore Park to the Loch Ness Monster where we will swim and yoga pose it up!
Bring snacks,and drinks 😛
We paddle along the side (right side closest to the shore going to South shore) and coming back we are along the opposite site of the lake. Allow the rowers to take the center as it's difficult for them to move around us.
🧘♀️YOGA sesh: Floating Yoga Flow
There are so many different poses to do and I'm excited for you all to try a few of them! Balancing and doing yoga on a board is for everyone! Let's try something new and fun!

Paddle back to shore together.
