We meet at Matlock Bath for breakfast, go through a quick brief and race (at my normal pace) up to Heysham to catch the SteamPacket ferry over to Douglas IOM !
We check in at our 4* hotel on the seafront in Douglas Bay to settle in to our twin shared rooms - some with balconies. The hotel has a bar/restaurant/swimming pool/gym/private on-site parking and is right in the centre of Douglas.
A reccie of nearby bars/restaurants and dinner will prepare us for the rest of the week.
Day 2 I know you will all be rearing to ride the TT Circuit - all 37.73 miles of it. Every winding corner, long straight, ascent and descent - you will soak up, and maybe we’ll do it twice - with lunch at The Crosby - or one of the many hostelries that dot the circuit!
Tootle over to Peel on the west coast or visit South Stack for some dramatic cliff photographs…
Day 3 We ride over to Jurby north side of the island and where the Isle of Man motor museum is housed. With over 500 exhibits you will surely find something that attracts your interest!!
Or you might enjoy a trip up Sneafell Mountain or Sea Kayaking up in Ramsey ! SO many things to do and try!
You must try the ‘Queenies’ freshly sourced and cooked to perfection, or one of the Manx real ales (or whisky)!
Day 4 I am hoping to contact a former TT racer to give us a brief and take us around the circuit on our bikes - to make sure we did it right 😎🏍️👍🏻

Day 5 Ferry back to Heysham and ride to original start point of Matlock Bath.
No - it’s NOT the TT week, or the Practice week because they are over-priced and it’s complicated getting ferry tickets … BUT the racing stars will be following in YOUR tyre marks !!

is an independent motorcycle tour facilitator based in the Midlands and hereto referred as CFBT.
CFBT will endeavour to arrange the best value for money in terms of accommodations and routings and try to balance all requests from a diversity of customers to effect a successful tour.
CFBT book the accommodations in advance and then sell at appropriate prices.
The price of tour may fluctuate dependent on base costs changes, availability and proximity to departure.
CFBT is at liberty to change accommodations/routings/tour focus as it sees fit or where it becomes necessary.
A non refundable deposit, to be paid on initial booking, is to be made for all tours.
Full payment for the tour is to be made, latest, by the date 8 weeks before the tour start date or you may forfeit your place on the tour.
Should you need to cancel, this must be done within 6 weeks before the tour start date or you may be charged the full tour fee.
If you decide not to take your place CFBT will endeavour to re-sell on your behalf, however, any spare places that have not already been sold will be addressed first.
CFBT does not insure you in any instance for your tour/holiday/bike/excursions - you must arrange this yourself.
CFBT assumes that you ride a road legal bike with road tax/insurance and comprehensive breakdown cover.
CFBT will not accept responsibility or liability for illegal riding manoeuvres made by anybody on their tours.

CFBT will require personal information from riders on tour for emergency situations only.
This information is not kept on file after the tour.
