Beginner Jiu Jitsu Series!!

Learn basic movements and techniques to successfully transition to our basics jiu jitsu class. Transform from "I've never done that before" to "I can't wait to come to class!".

This class is for:
- Folks who have no experience with jiu jitsu or grappling sports
- People who used to train, but have been out long enough that it's too crazy to think about coming back on the mats
- Anyone interested in trying one of the most popular sports of the 1900's and 2000's
- Any fitness level. Seriously.

Deets:
- Every Monday at 5:15 pm
- Price includes a uniform (get on week 3); $200
- First class 7/7/2025.
- Last class 8/11/2025 BUT you can join the regularly scheduled basics classes for the month of August after 8/11 for NO extra cost.
