Join Emilee to learn how to use props to master using props with ease in your flow classes and dive deeper into poses. Then take a luxurious exploration into propping restorative poses and helping your body find ease in long deep stretches.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll leave this workshop with a plethora of valuable tools to help you customize your practice using props!
