1st Friday Sound Session: Roots & Petals 🪷

I’m so excited to redo Roots & Petals for our First Friday Sound Session—after having to cancel the last session, this one feels even more special.

This offering will help ground you into your roots while inviting your heart to bloom. We’ll explore deep rest and emotional release through sound, breath, and stillness.

Bonus: I’ll be joined by a special guest who will add their unique sound healing energy to the session—expect an immersive and powerful evening.

What to Bring:
• A yoga mat
• Blankets and/or pillows—enough to lay down and get truly cozy during the sound journey
• A bottle of water
• A journal and pen, if you like to reflect or write
• Any comfort items from home that help you feel connected—crystals, a small stuffed animal, meaningful objects, etc.

Come as you are and let yourself be held.
