Join me for this month’s Third Friday Sound Session—Here Comes the Sun—an offering to lift the spirit, clear the fog, and reconnect with your inner warmth.

Through guided breath, intentional rest, and a layered soundscape, we’ll gently welcome joy back into the body and heart. This session is about renewal, hope, and the subtle yet powerful energy of return—returning to light, to self, to center.

What to Bring:
• A yoga mat
• Blankets and/or pillows—enough to fully relax and stay warm while lying down
• A bottle of water
• A journal and pen if you feel called to write or reflect
• Something personal that makes you feel supported or inspired—a crystal, photo, talisman, or other comfort item

Let the warmth of sound help you soften, release, and rise.
