June Culinary Series: Knife Skills, Kitchen Fundamentals & Science of Salt

Master the foundation of all great cooking with Chef Drew's Knife Skills, Kitchen Fundamentals & Science of Salt series. Over four weeks, students will progress from basic knife handling to advanced cutting techniques while learning the science of salt and seasoning. Classes build upon each other, creating a comprehensive skill set essential for any home cook or culinary enthusiast.

These 90 minute classes are limited to 12 participants.

Week 1: Knife Structure & Basic Technique
Learn proper knife handling, basic cuts, and essential techniques.

Week 2: Advanced Knife Skills & Introduction to Salt
Master new cutting techniques and discover the world of culinary salts.

Week 3: Intermediate Cuts & Basic Cooking Skills
Apply knife skills to cooking methods while exploring salt varieties.

Week 4: Mastery & Practical Application
Combine all knife skills and seasoning knowledge in practical applications.
