Commander Party is a Commander event where players can celebrate the flavor of the FINAL FANTASY games. The special rules for Commander Party are designed specifically around the theme of the set.

FORMAT/ EVENT STRUCTURE:
Commander
1 Round, 150-minutes
Proxies are not permitted during this event.
Decks will be limited to Bracket 3! (No mass land denial, no chaining extra turns, 3 “game changers” allowed. 2-card infinite combo are allowed 60 minutes into round (or) 7-9 turns into round, whichever if later)

SPECIAL RULES:

While playing Magic: The Gathering - FINAL FANTASY Commander Party, you have the following ability:
2: If you don’t control a Hero token, create a 1/1 colorless Hero creature token. Activate only as a sorcery and only once each turn.
(Be sure to give them a name!)

At the beginning of your end step, if you control a Hero, you may complete your next unfinished quest and claim a reward.

Quest 1 - Combat Tutorial!
An opponent was dealt combat damage this turn.

Quest 2 - Learn New Magic!
You cast two or more spells this turn.

Quest 3 - Expand Your Party!
You control four or more creatures.

Quest 4 - Explore the World!
You control six or more lands.

Quest 5 - Defeat the Final Boss!
You control a Hero that dealt combat damage to a player this turn.

When you finish all 5 quests, you win the game!

REWARDS
To claim a reward, roll a d6 and take the associated action:
(1) GIL - Create a Treasure token.
(2) GYSAHL GREENS - Create a Food token.
(3) EXPERIENCE POINTS - Put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
(4) EYE DROPS - Scry 2.
(5) KEY ITEM - Draw a card.
(6) PHOENIX DOWN - Return a creature card from your graveyard to your hand.

PRIZE:
Winners of each Pod (of 4) will receive 1 Prerelease Kit of their choice!
