ORE CrossFit’s Fun Day 25

A huge fun day in aid of Severn Hospice. Let’s raise as much as we can!

Everyone is welcome, no age restriction or fitness level needed to take part.

Teams of 2 👯

£10 per person entry

Pay on the day in a fancy cash bucket 💰

Arrival by 1pm
- 1:30 Tug of war 🪢
- 2:00 Egg and spoon race 🥚 (real ones 🙈)
- 2:30 3 legged race 🎽
- 2:50 100m sprint🏃🏼
- 3:10 wheel barrow race 🛢️
- 3:30 3 attemps - Most double long rope skips per team

Whilst all this is going on we will also have the below;

Raffle £2 or 5 for £10 🎟️
- Boiler service
- PT 1-2-1s
- Sports massages
- Sunday dinner for 2
- Hybryd £25 voucher - Sam
- Optimum nutrition items
