Dear friends, we are looking forward to seeing you all this coming Saturday, 6/28/25 for our annual picnic.

Picnic starts at 12 noon.
Please note the location is different this time. We have a reserved area for our picnic, look for our signs when you arrive.

If you plan on bringing food , we will circulate a list for suggestions, please feel free to sign up. We request that you bring some folding chairs.
Here is the suggested list:
Marinated chicken -- 70lb -- need 3-5 families who can bring the marinated chicken
Frankfurters -- 40 -- The quantity can be divided among 2-3 families
Burger patties -- 40 -- this can also be divided between 2-3 families
Watermelon -- 3
Cantaloupe -- 3
Corn- 15-20 - this can be divided between 2 families
Salad
Water bottles -- 6 one-gallon bottles
Soda bottles -- 10
Dessert
Any other food item of your choice
AAANE team will bring the following:
Condiments
Tea, milk, sugar etc.
Paper products.
Coal
Bag of ice
