Some of you may know Madison from Urban Zen. She is busy most of the week giving amazing facials. Come feel what other techniques Madison offers to help you sooth your body,mind and soul.

Join Madison for an hour of relaxation. She will guide you through some very light movements to help relax the joints and then you get to rest while receiving healing vibrations from the crystal bowls.

Dress lightly and bring anything that may help you feel comfortable.
