Braised boneless pork loin with Yukon potato purée and apple-pear chutney.

Third Course

Lobster pasticcio with layers of house-made pasta and lobster ricotta filling, topped with béchamel sauce and baked with parmesan cheese.

Fourth Course

Oak-grilled filet Oscar topped with lump crab meat, served with grilled asparagus, béarnaise sauce, and pommes Anna.
