Meet The Brewery - Tidal Brewing

What happens when two science teachers obsessed with microbiology, great beer, and the ocean get married? They open a brewery, of course.

Spring Hill’s Tidal Brewing Company was born from a shared love of fermentation, flavor, and community. Their focus is simple: no gimmicks, no fluff, just well-crafted beer made by people who care deeply about the process.

We’ll be pouring three of their finest:
PAST – West Coast IPA
PRESENT – Franconian-style Rotbier
FUTURE – German Pils brewed with experimental hop HB 1134
