Gatherings for Practical Spirituality: The Nondual Teachings of Ancient and Modern Masters

Alessandra Nysether-Santos, Director of Religious Exploration, collaborates with Rev. Theresa Krieger and Professor Larry Krieger to offer a three-week series of adult RE classes, titled “Gatherings for Practical Spirituality: the Nondual Teachings of Ancient and Modern Masters”.

This weekly meeting is for people who are committed to creating a stronger spiritual foundation for their life in a direct and effective way. The content will be drawn from ancient and modern scriptures (the Bible, Upanishads, Bhagavad-Gita, Tao Te Ching, etc.) and teachers including Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tze, Ramana Maharshi, Rupert Spira, Eckhart Tolle, and others. Theresa and Larry will focus on principles and practices that directly integrate mind, body, and spirit to promote the regular experience of peace, joy, and fulfillment in daily life.

This exploration intersects with the UU principles, values, and sources.

Meetings will be 60 – 75 minutes on Wednesdays at 6:30 from 7/2-7/16 in UUCT Room L
