Here we go again! Right on time, just as the long winter nights begin, when quality sleep becomes even more precious. We, the Island Coaches Collective, are delighted to invite you to our third workshop, in the "Sunday Series: Creating a Resilient and Joyful Life:

Are you tired of living like a vampire, exhausted at the wrong times without the cool powers? Join The Life Elixir – Sleep to discover science-backed habits that improve your sleep and boost energy naturally.
We're facing a sleep crisis: 51% of adults worldwide don't get enough sleep, while 1 in 3 suffer from chronic insomnia. It's even worse for young people—6 out of 10 middle schoolers and 7 out of 10 high schoolers are sleep deprived due to biological changes, early school times, academic pressure, and excessive screen time.
Modern life sabotages rest through constant blue light exposure, work stress, endless social media, and a culture that treats sleep as a luxury rather than a necessity.
The good news? You don't need a complete lifestyle overhaul. Small, consistent changes create powerful improvements, and in this workshop, we'll explore some proven strategies that can transform your sleep.

Discover the science of sleep and what happens when we rest
Identify your personal sleep patterns and chronotype
Learn how light, caffeine, alcohol, and stress affect sleep quality
Optimize your sleep environment and evening routine
Practice relaxation techniques—breathing, body scans, muscle relaxation, and meditation—to calm your mind and body.
This interactive workshop will be facilitated by a certified Wellbeing & Health Coach, Heidi Link, who will lead this session with empathy, blending evidence-based knowledge with practical, insightful coaching.
Heidi's mission is to inspire and vitalize the passion in people and organizations to create a lifestyle and culture of wellbeing where both individuals and businesses can thrive.
