【哲學星期五＠台中】－「從戰爭、菜餚與生命看《烹煮歷史》」2025／06／06（五）19：00

自1940年代至1990年代，從二戰歐洲東線戰地到俄羅斯車臣戰爭，由麵包、豬排發展成派對全餐；對戰爭而言，是「軍火」重要，還是「軍伙」重要？

戰爭除了回憶的敘述和場景的重建，或許也能從軍廚的角度切入。透過6場戰爭、10種菜餚，以及6000萬條人命回顧歷史，建構起「生命－戰爭－食物」之間的巨大面貌。

哲學星期五@台中與台灣國際紀錄片影展 Taiwan International Documentary Festival - TIDF合作，播放彼得．克瑞克斯(Peter KEREKES)導演的《烹煮歷史》(Cooking History)，並在映後邀請黃惠貞老師進行與談，歡迎各位參與。
