《三個太陽》(Three Suns) 胡農欣個展即將於鯉魚藝廊開幕！

「三個太陽」系列作品是一個項跨越三年時程的創作暨出版計畫。
在三個不同場域裡，藝術家蒐集了三道日光：保存了北極海上逐天遞減的日照下那場荒誕的冒險、搬離台灣老家時最後一道夕陽的淺淺嘆息，以及冰島永晝期間午夜陽光裡被召喚出來的黑夜。
隨後，利用16mm電影膠卷，拍攝紀錄了三個太陽轉換成的電力所發出的光，映照出九個作品章節，並經由書的形式再次陳封裝載，幻化成封存日光的容器。
在這次鯉魚藝廊的展覽，選取「三個太陽」的系列裡，觸碰「時間」和「記憶」意象的作品，透過膠卷循環片裝置、錄像、雕塑、聲音等媒材，結合互動和動態裝置，將作品在類似老家的透天建築結構中做延伸發展。讓逝去的日光重新用太陽移動的速度在空間中遊走，帶領觀者進入與外界不同的時區，聆聽樹菇雕塑在牆角的竊竊私語，細聞回憶醃漬過後的斑駁氣味。
此展覽呈現《三個太陽》裡蒐集、保存、重現、消失的過程，並且揭示著時間的循環和不可逆性，以及試圖重現過去的執念與徒勞。
“Three Suns” Nung-Hsin Hu solo exhibition opening soon at Carp!
“Three Suns” is a series of multidisciplinary projects and an artist’s book publication. In the span of three years and across three distinct locations, the artist collected three sets of sunlight: the dwindling daylight from an absurd adventure out on the Arctic Sea; the final gentle, melancholic sunset before bidding farewell to her childhood home in Taiwan; and the darkness-summoning midnight sun in Iceland’s white nights.
The three slices of sunlight emitted from solar energy-converted electricity were then captured on 16mm film, and nine chapters emerged under its illumination. Later, utilizing a book as a form, to become a vessel that carries and preserves the ephemeral light.
For this solo exhibition at Carp Gallery, the artist presents selected works from Three Suns that explore the concepts of time and memory. Through 16mm film installations, video, sculpture, sound—intertwined with interactive and kinetic elements—the pieces extend into a structure reminiscent of a now-vanished multi-story childhood home. Here, lost sunlight drifts at the pace of the sun’s movement, guiding visitors into an altered time zone where mushroom sculptures whisper from the corners, and the scent of fermented memories lingers faintly in the air.
The exhibition reflects on cycles of collection, preservation, reactivation, and disappearance—evoking the cyclical yet irreversible nature of time and the futile act of reconstructing what has already passed.
