About the event

Weekly RUN CLUB! TAHLEQUAH!
Tahlequah, Oklahoma's weekly RUN CLUB KAIZEN! All are welcome to join! All fitness levels! Run or WALK the entire time! 100% FREE!

We meet EVERY TUESDAY at 6:15pm on the front lawn of the NSU Fitness Center! Our goal is to always be finished by 7:30pm. NO MAN LEFT BEHIND we start together and coaches will not leave until the final person returns!

Follow our social media to see this week's course/distance as it changes weekly. We always start and finish at The Fit!
