Emotional abuse leaves invisible wounds, but what if we made them visible?
My latest yoga art, Transparent, uses transparent polyester film to visualize the unseen. Each piece features two sides: one solid black representing harm, and the other shimmering with glitter - a symbol of hope. The works weave together a narrative of how our past experiences, both good and bad, become part of who we are.
This is more than art; it’s a conversation starter. My hope is that by bringing this hidden topic into the light, we can all find the tools we need to heal and move forward.
