We’ll begin with a brief overview highlighting the power, benefits, and science of sound and vibration, then ease into guided breathwork, vocal toning techniques, and intuitive somatic movement.

You’ll be guided through:

Guided visualizations to help anchor these concepts.
No experience necessary. Whether you’re new to vocal toning and somatics, or already use these practices in your own personal healing, this circle offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and your soul’s song.
