Introduction to Yoga Philosophy – a 6 week series with Bonnie Loghry

Tuesdays, October 7th – November 11th, 11am-12pm

Yoga is best known for the mind-body connection created when we practice on our yoga mats but the most transformative gifts of yoga are found in the profound, yet accessible philosophy behind the physical practice.

In this six-week, introductory series, we will explore the fundamentals of yoga philosophy. You’ll love hearing about the stories behind some of the yoga poses and how the physical practice of these poses is informed by the teachings found in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. These teachings are fascinating, practical, and highly relevant when applied to the lives we lead today.

No previous knowledge, experience or physical capacity is necessary, all are welcome.
