A sound bath is a soothing and immersive journey into relaxation, where I use seven crystal singing bowls, each tuned to a unique frequency your body craves. Together, we set an intention, then simply relax as the bowls produce therapeutic vibrations designed to promote peace and balance.
Sound baths aren’t just about relaxation—they’re backed by science and recognized as a powerful form of holistic therapy.
