Basic Self Defense - Tuesday, 8/26/25
Class will be 5:30pm - 7:30pm at Quantum Martial Arts Tacoma dojo at 445 Tacoma Avenue S.

Learn how to use your voice, stand in defensive stances, use low level self defense, and execute basic techniques and put them in combination. Self defense can bring up uncomfortable emotions from past experiences. We encourage everyone to engage at their own desired level.
