Bilingual Mindfulness Walk at Snake Lake

Breathe in the fresh morning air, breathe out the stress that is weighing you down. Relax your shoulders as the sweet sound of birds and rustling leaves warm our minds after a chilly winter. In this walk we will practice mindfulness, being present in our natural world, and finding peace away from the distractions of our bustling lives. Our walks happen rain or shine so come prepared according to the day’s forecast with the appropriate clothing to have the best walk experience. No pets and no bikes are allowed at the Nature Center.

Respira hondo el aire fresco de la mañana y libera el estrés y las angustias. Relaja tus hombros al escuchar el dulce canto de los pájaros y el agitar de las hojas tras el frío invierno. Acompáñanos en Snake Lake … En esta caminata practicaremos la atención plena, estaremos presentes en la naturaleza, lejos de las distracciones diarias, y encontraremos la paz. Nuestras caminatas se llevan a cabo aunque llueva. Asegúrate de vestir de acuerdo con el pronóstico del tiempo para que estés cómod@. En el Snake Lake Nature Center no se permiten mascotas ni bicicletas.
