Practicing 108 sun salutations offers numerous benefits, including increased energy, improved flexibility and strength, enhanced cardiovascular health, and a sense of calm and focus, making it a powerful practice for both physical and mental well-being.
Sun salutations will be broken down into segments with breaks in between.
