Slow Flow & Yin

Just a reminder that yoga classes are currently BOGO for $5, so you can bring someone with you!

Slow Flow and Yin:
A beginner friendly yoga class that will start with a gentle warm-up, before moving into more traditional yoga asanas (poses) with plenty of time to find your shape. The class will transition towards softer long holds the second half of class, before ending with a relaxing savasana.
