We will focus on the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians, which are associated with winter energy, and harmonise them with the Heart, Pericardium, Triple Heater and Small Intestine meridians, which are linked to summer energy.
This combination will bring warmth and passion into your practice, while also activating the flow of water and circulation throughout your body. As you stimulate blood flow, you'll flush away any internal debris, leaving you with rosy cheeks, a warm body and a sense of vitality to carry you through the colder months.
