100 hours Yin Yoga & Trauma Release, this Yin Yoga Teacher Training will be over 5 weekends, every second weekend.

Times:
~ Saturday 12.30-5.30pm
~ Sunday 9.30am-2.30pm

The training will include:

~The full training
~ Inspiring and educational lectures, tutorials, practices and asana labs
~ Training manual
~ Yin yoga The Deck of Cards
~ Assist and observe in Mysan’s classes
~ Online support group
~ Teas, filtered water, all yoga props and a welcoming environment on our meeting days
