Soundbath and Yoga with Toledo Mindfulness Institute

Participants will experience the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other musical instruments, bringing you to a state of ease. Enjoy picking your own bouquet post-practice. This event will be outside in our garden - please remember to bring your own mat.
