Yoga in the garden will bring you to a space of peace and tranquility. Being connected to nature and the healing benefits that the elements bring forward for us. We will be surrounded by wildflowers and embracing our practice while receiving the Earths vibrations below. Please bring your own mat to the yoga in the garden class that you are okay with being in the grass. Also, you may want to bring an eye mask or sunglasses during class and for the end of class to help with the sunshine.

Kaitlin, who is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, and fierce soul looking for ways to unite and heal. Kaitlin is connected to providing space for others to be in union with their path and create a powerful acceptance of all that comes. She is an empowering and playful person who’s offerings bring connection and energy. Kaitlin spends most of her free time reading or out with nature.
