What to Expect Each Month
Every session begins with 45 minutes of focused learning, where you’ll explore specific energy healing techniques and tools to deepen your practice. These engaging mini-workshops are followed by an energy exchange, giving participants the chance to both give and receive healing in a nurturing environment.
