(Aim to arrive nearer 7pm if possible)
We’re turning the sportshall into a concert venue again, with a stage, lighting etc.
We normally get between 200-300 people, so it’s a great night.
PRICE:
First class FREE
(No need to book, simply turn up)

£10 Pay as you go if it’s not your first class

Use your January gold card
-KIDS GO FREE (under 16s) but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, and must stay alongside them at all times (including if they need to be taken to the toilet)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING:
A mixture of bodyweight and weights exercises, so bring dumbbells if you have them. 💪🏼
If not bring anything you can hold to add resistance like two bottles of water.
You can also bring resistance bands if you have them for the glutes section 🍑
