Kids SEW Modern

The purpose of this group is to host gatherings inside the art studio that will encourage kids to learn, create, explore, and share modern quilting. It is part of a national movement to teach kids the art of sewing and stitching. They will gain knowledge and confidence while learning color theory, elements of design, and obtain fearlessness in creating from the heart. It is essential to do this for today's youth. Please encourage your BOYS & GIRLS to participate.
- Learn about the sewing machine
- Study color
- Learn skills for sewing by hand/machine
- Design and create art
Make other projects, as they wish
Kids will have the opportunity to express themselves through a variety of materials in the studio.
