Disability Community Conversations: Surprise

Come to our City of Surprise community conversation and share your input on issues important to the developmental disability community and community inclusion in Arizona!

Join us at the Surprise Senior Center (also known as Human Service and Community Vitality Building), located at 15832 North Hollyhock Street, in Surprise at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24.

We're hosting a focus group-style opportunity to hear your ideas and challenges.
