Join me for a 30-minute Mindful Morning Meditation Series, held outdoors at various serene locations around the Twin Ports area. These weekly sessions offer a chance to slow down, center yourself, and connect deeply with the natural world and your inner calm.
Each session includes a guided meditation practice and a bit of gentle seated movement to help you ease into your day with mindfulness and clarity. No experience is necessary - beginners are warmly welcome.
🗓 Session 1: Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. — June 26, July 10, 17, and 24
🗓 Session 2: Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. — July 31, August 7, 14, and 21
Pricing:
• $50 per 4-week session
• Sign up for both sessions and save — only $85 for all 8 weeks! (Please contact Jessica for a code for the 2-session discount)
📍Location: A new outdoor Twin Ports location will be shared each week prior to class.

What to Bring:
• A blanket or yoga mat
• A cushion (optional for comfort)
• Dress for the weather and bring layers if needed
