What is a HYROX Simulation Race?
A HYROX Simulation Race is a simulation of a HYROX race and is not hosted by HYROX.
The race format will be a simulation of an official HYROX race. Athletes can expect to run 1km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Find a partner - you will be running together, but splitting each workout station as you choose.
The flow of the race will be:
- 1km run
- 1000m SkiErg
- 1km run
- 4 × 12.5m Sled Push
- 1km run
- 4 × 12.5m Sled Pull
- 1km run
- 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 1km run
- 1000m Rowing
- 1km run
- 200m Kettlebell Farmers Carry
- 1km
- 100m Sandbag Lunges
- 1km
- 100 Wall Balls
As an official HYROX Training Club, CrossFit The Stables can host HYROX simulation races.
